The Chef’s Assembly Guide

  1. Fruity Avocado Poke: Marinate the cubed avocado in Chef Kaz Tomato Ponzu for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator. This allows the avocado to "cure" and soak up the umami. Gently fold in the fresh mango just before serving to maintain its bright color and texture.

  2. Signature Ahi Poke: For the cleanest flavor and best texture, toss your cubed Ahi in the Chef Kaz Japanese Ginger Dressing & Marinade just before serving.

  3. Crispy Tofu Poke: Toss your pan-fried crispy tofu in Chef Kaz Miso Poke Sauce and let it sit for 15 minutes. This allows the hot tofu to absorb the savory miso glaze. Mix in the edamame just before serving for a pop of fresh green.

  4. "Umami+Kick" Prawn Poke: Toss the cooked prawns and pineapple in the Chef Kaz Umami+Kick Crunchy Chili Oil just before serving to keep the pineapple fresh and the chili oil crunchy

To Plate:

  • The Scoop: Using a small spoon, place a generous portion of each mixture onto individual ceramic tasting spoons or small appetizer plates.

  • Final Touch: Add the garnishes listed above for that signature "Chef Kaz" professional look.

Chef's Hack: Start the avocado marinade first. While that's soaking up the Chef Kaz Tomato Ponzu, you can prep the other three pokes in under 15 minutes
