Quick Tomato Ponzu Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp Chef Kaz Tomato Ponzu
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil 
  • Pinch of Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk: In a small bowl, combine the Tomato Ponzu and a pinch of black pepper.
  2. Emulsify: Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is well combined and slightly emulsified (creamy).
  3. Dress: Toss the vinaigrette with your favorite salad greens or use it to dress a simple cucumber and tomato salad. This vinaigrette is also fantastic drizzled over cold soba or rice noodles.

Suggested Salad: Mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, and shredded carrots / Cold Soba Noodle Salad / Tuna tataki (seared tuna salad) / Tofu Salad
